Long-lasting and less space required
The Megalinear P3.3 relies on S and Z torsion zinc-coated steel cords, encased in an outer body of black thermoplastic polyurethane, to ensure the strength and durability required for the up-to-15-year operating lifetime, confirmed through the rigorous lifecycle and tower tests. At the same time, the intelligent belt design and the exceptional quality of the material used in its construction mean that the required size of both the motor and the sheave can be reduced, allowing for Machine Room-Less (MRL) systems that consume less energy and take up less space.

Our engineers ensured that the performance characteristics are outstanding. The P3.3 no-gap, fully sealed flat belt provides a smooth, quiet ride in hot and cold climates alike, and is resistant to moisture, salt, chemicals, ozone and UV rays. It’s easy to maintain and repair, and is available in standards widths of 25, 30, 36, 40, 50 and 60 millimeters. In fact, the belt is so expertly designed and offers such a reliable high traction load capacity, that it is being adopted more and more often for applications outside the Elevator industry.
