Maximum precision and high-performance machining

Another exhibition highlight for any interested visitors is the horizontal machining centre for high-performance machining: The MA-600HIII ensures various type of automation as well as disruption-free operation. This is possible because the machine has 16 ports amongst other things that allow expansion to include robotic and automation applications. Thanks to its process reliability, dimensional stability, and dimensional accuracy, the machine from the proven MA-HIII series is particularly suitable for the automotive and agricultural industries as well as for the production of construction machinery and railway parts. One of the features that helps achieve this is the “Thermo-Friendly Concept”, Okuma’s own temperature compensation system which supports maximum precision and ultimate process reliability. Extremely durable spindles from in-house production with a three-year warranty also ensure excellent machining speeds and machine performance with up to 45 kW. With the help of its special energy-saving system “ECO Suite”, the MA-600HIII reduces power consumption and environmental impact at the same time.

A variety of needs-based services

Pre-sales, after-sales, maintenance, as well as spindle and board repair: Okuma’s service portfolio is geared towards making full use of all the potential of the CNC machines in every phase of product use. Needs-based solutions, such as maintenance packages or the spindle repair centre for the quality spindles from our own production emphasise Okuma’s high level of individual customer orientation. The wide range of options Okuma services provide will be presented in detail to visitors at the AMB.
