The new JUMO I/O system
The new JUMO I/O system offers a cost-effective and innovative way to implement a variety of industrial automation requirements. A wide range of analog and digital input and output modules makes customized process maps possible. It also contributes to increased production efficiency through improved cycle times. A particular highlight is the DIN rail controller from JUMO, which makes the I/O system unique. Its modular design enables the system to be expanded. The flexible and scalable JUMO I/O system enables maximum adaptability through PUSH IN or pluggable terminals.
The new JUMO variTRON recorder app
The recorder app that is integrated into the JUMO variTRON controllers makes additional paperless recorders redundant by visualizing critical process parameters in real time. This feature is integrated in the firmware of the JUMO variTRON 500 touch, while the JUMO variTRON 500 offers the function on a web-based platform. Data security is guaranteed by digital, self-signing certificates in conjunction with hash algorithms.
The JUMO hydroTRANS series is ideal for climate control in meat production. JUMO meroTRON 104 is ideally suited for controlling the cooking kettles. It features a modular one-channel/two-channel controller with optional PLC function.
